🛒 Monthly Shopping Limits

Once your wallet is topped up, you can start shopping right away!

With the €350 plan, you can shop up to €58 per month
With the €700 plan, you can shop up to €120 per month

This monthly cap continues for 6 months, allowing you to plan your grocery budget smartly.

🔁 Flexible Carry-Forward Policy

If you spend less than your monthly limit, the remaining balance carries forward to the next month.
For example, if you only spend €40 in a month on the €58 plan, the remaining €18 can be used later.
You’re not required to shop every month — you can use your balance at your own pace.

⏳ No Expiry, No Pressure

Although the minimum usage period is 6 months, there is no maximum time limit.
Your wallet never expires — you can continue shopping beyond 6 months until your wallet reaches €0.
After your balance is used up, you can choose to renew your membership or stop — totally up to you.

📜 Mama’s BACHAT CLUB – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Mama’s BACHAT CLUB membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Enrollment

Enrollment into the BACHAT CLUB program is available only in-store or via phone.
The program is open to customers residing in the Netherlands and is non-transferable.

2. Wallet Credit and Bonus

Upon successful enrollment, the customer’s wallet will be credited as follows:
- For the €300 plan: €350 credited (€300 paid by customer + €50 bonus from Mama’s Regal)
- For the €600 plan: €700 credited (€600 paid by customer + €100 bonus from Mama’s Regal)
The bonus amount is non-refundable and is applicable only upon completion of the 6-month program period.

3. Monthly Shopping Limits

Members can shop up to the following amounts per month:
- €58/month (for €350 plan)
- €120/month (for €700 plan)
Unused monthly credit will carry forward to subsequent months.
There is no expiry on the wallet balance; members can continue to use it at their own pace beyond 6 months.

4. Returns & Refunds

Any product returns for purchases made under the BACHAT CLUB program must follow Mama’s Regal’s standard store exchange policy, and refunds will be issued as wallet credits only.
In case a member withdraws or terminates the program within 4 months of enrollment:
- A refund will be issued only after proper member verification
- The refund will be processed within 10 working days to a valid Netherlands bank account
- The refund will be calculated as:
  - Amount paid by the member
  - Minus the amount utilized
  - Excluding the bonus amount, which is only earned if the program is completed

5. Data Privacy and Consent

By joining the BACHAT CLUB, the member consents to Mama’s Regal creating, storing, maintaining, and updating their membership data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All personal data will be used strictly for membership management and communication purposes.

6. Modifications to the Program

Mama’s Regal reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or announced at the store.

By participating in the Mama’s BACHAT CLUB, members acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
