Shipping Time

All completed orders (after full and final payment) before 12.00 pm on weekdays may be shipped on the same day and delivered to you the next working day in The Netherlands. Please be aware that this is a general practice and there may be chances of a maximum delay of up to 2 days in extraordinary situations.

Note: As per the order value weight is considered below

  1. Order Value 45 to 75 The Max Weight is 25 KG and in this package, you select 1 Bag of 10kg product and 1 bag of 5kg product with other groceries up to 10kg of any size less than 5kg packet
  2. Order Value 75 Euro to 115 Euro The Max Weight is 50 KG and in this package, you select 2 Bag of 10kg products and 2 bags of 5kg products with other groceries up to 20kg of any size less than 5kg packet
  3. Order Value 116 Euro to 160 Euro The Max Weight is 75 KG and in this package, you select 3 Bag of 10kg products and 2 bags of 5kg products with other groceries up to 35kg of any size less than 5kg packet

more than this there will be an additional charge as per shipments charges or the order can be modified. The refund of the product value will be refunded the amount to Wallet only 

*Per parcel maximum allowed weight is 25kg, In case the weight exceeds 25kg customer may be asked to pay additional freight charges even if the order is above the free shipment valve.

*The Delivery would take about 3 Working days from the order dispatched

  • The 20kg bag product cannot be shipped it can be only pickup at the store

Shipment & Product Guideline

1) In case of the products is out of stock in any category due to any reason, your order will be shipped without these products, and a refund of the same amount will be issued to the customer.

Note: Refunds will be through Mama’s Regal wallet – The amount will be credited to Wallet which can be used anytime during your order with Mama’s Regal.

2) In case the parcel is lost by our Logistic service provider then we would refund the order value amount or we ship again the new parcel. The Turn over time will be 4 to 5 days from the information provided by our Logistic service provider

Note: Refunds will be through Mama’s Regal wallet – The amount will be Mama’s Regal.

3) In case the parcel is damaged by our Logistic service provider then we would share the complaint with the service provider. We will not provide any refund or replacement for the same.

4) In case of the products are missing in any category due to clerical or human error in the parcel, the product amount refund will be issued to the customer.

The customer has to provide the order number and product details which is missing to verify the products and once it is verified the refund will be progressed.

Note: Refunds will be through Mama’s Regal wallet – The amount will be credited to Wallet which can be used anytime during your order with Mama’s Regal.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may place a request for the return of a product by Sending us an email at mamasregal@gmail.com with providing your order number. We will accept returns of all products other than the products sold with a promotional offer.

In case of a return, the following guidelines will be used.

• The return will be accepted only with prior permission from the Company.
• Return request should be sent within 2 working days of delivery
• Only unopened products with original packing will qualify for a return
• The product needs to be properly packed and return the goods to avoid any damage and send to our return address, the postage for the return order will be paid by the customer
• Once goods are received and inspected and everything is in order, we shall add the amount to Mama’s regal Wallet, Once the wallet is updated you will receive an email confirmation from our side.
• Please keep receipt of the shipment till the refund is received from us.
• In case of any kind of return company will only issue Mama’s Regal Wallet which can be used in your next purchases.

• In case the product is not delivered within 30 days the order can be canceled the order value amount will be refunded

Note: If any Packed company Product is not in good condition inside the packed packet we will not be responsible for the product and we will not be able to exchange or we accept the return of the product.

Out – Of – Warranty products:

We take care of the warranty date of all the products to ensure that ample time would be available to consume them the calculation is based on normal consumption of the product.

If by chance the product is received expired or near to expiry date due to human or clerical error customer can request for the return of that product with a refund and the customer have to provide the proof (such as images, bar code details etc.) to verify the products and once it is verified the refund will be progressed.

Product Exchange Terms:

We do maintain ample product inventory at our warehouse and list them on our website for selling but at times we might get the situation out of the product after a customer makes an order due to damage or any other mistake.

The company will follow the following procedure in that situation.

1) We will call the customer to check and update the incoming inventory and delay the shipment accordingly.

2) We will call the customer and check if a replacement product can be offered.

3) We will ship the parcel without that product and issue a refund of the product value.

Note: Refunds will be through Mama’s Regal wallet which can be used in your next purchases.
